A painting created through free improvisation. Action painting with music by Tom Sanders.
The work was created with multiple layers of color, over which the texture was developed using washes, sanding, and marks. Finally, in the last layers of the painting, the definitive stains, lines, and symbols that organize the composition were introduced.
The phrase that begins at the top left and ends at the bottom right belongs to the song Little Human and introduces a point of irony that contrasts somewhat with the "naive" colors of the work.
