The work recreates a "prayer" inspired by the macro-schematic art of Alicante that can be found on the walls of the sanctuary of Petracos (Alicante).

The figure is displayed on different planes with motifs from Nature and one of the body layers has a binary code pattern.

The shaman represents the human instinct to evolve, to improve, to master the environment in order to improve as a species.

On one hand animals, on the other hand spiritual beings and at the same time technologists.

The tremendous technological advance that Agriculture represented in the time of Petracus is similar to the current technological advances that present us with radical changes in our way of life.

Macro-schematic art is found only in the northern part of the province of Alicante. It was created by the first Neolithic groups who arrived in these lands in the mid-6th millennium BC, coming from the Near East. These groups traveled across the Mediterranean in canoes, always staying close to the coast, carrying wheat and barley seeds, sheep, and goats.

The chosen locations are rock shelters, clearly visible and bathed in sunlight. These areas were not habitation sites but rather “sanctuaries” frequented by local populations for religious celebrations, rites of passage, alliances, and other rituals.
