A painting created through free improvisation. Action painting with music by Johann Sebastian Bach. A matrix of pinks, ochres, and yellows is created, with multiple layers, lines, and stains. Marks and symbols in blues, reds, and blacks stand out against this matrix.
I use brushes, spatulas, spray bottles, bottles, a watermark sprayer, a hairdryer… The artwork conceals everyday stories that leave their mark on city walls. They are urban traces, marks of the passage of time, overlapping one another and almost disappearing, yet together they leave a collective trace of life's journey in the city.
