The painting is worked with multiple layers that leave their mark on the final result. In the early stages, blue washes and dripping techniques were used, leaving marks that remain until the end, creating a sense of depth. Finally, ochre, vermilion, and cyan blue stains dominate the painting, establishing the playing field where strokes and marks in Prussian blue and white are developed.
The work somehow suggests a pause in the whirlwind of daily life, a café to stop and observe.
